The breakfast was well done, with a good variety of options including soy milk. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the conference center and major museums. Another advantage was the on-site laundry, convenient for longer stays.

The air conditioning/heating system was not well designed, as it only cooled the sitting area and not the sleeping area. Some guests might be bothered by the loudness of the AC/Heater at times.

We loved the spacious and well-equipped room with a full kitchen. The location was perfect for visiting the Convention Center. we recommend Residence Inn for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Planned to see Washington major attractions and it was nice comfy base for visiting all of them.

I liked spending my time in this clean hip new hotel. My room included a safe, a flat-screen TV with satellite channels and a microwave oven. A roll in shower in the private bathroom was a plus.

Booked the studio suite for 1 night, everything was brand-new and I loved hotel's location to convention center. There were a microwave, coffee/tea making machines and a refrigerator. The staff were amiable, pleasant, would stay there again.

As foreign tourists, we loved the hotel's warm and friendly staff, immaculate cleanliness, and well-appointed rooms. The rooftop with its lovely view was a highlight, and the hotel's location near shopping areas and popular restaurants was very convenient. The small kitchen in the room was perfect for our long stay, and the free access to Showtime and HBO on the TV was a great bonus. The lobby's computer with wifi and printer made printing tickets and documents hassle-free. we had a fabulous experience at this Residence Inn.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The cleanliness was excellent, and the hotel facilities, including the modern lobby and laundry room, were very useful. The hotel's location in a popular area was perfect for me since it was close to the convention center. I appreciated the transportation options since the hotel is very close to the metro stop, easy for me to get around this bustling city. The staff were pretty good too make my stay comfortable, helpful with arranging my taxi to the airport and giving me a late check-out. Bonus: the breakfast was excellent, and they even had soy milk!

The rooms are well-appointed, spotlessly clean with good-sized bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff is warm and welcoming. The breakfast menu is varied with a good selection of food choices. The lobby has a cozy lounge area with a fireplace and there's an outdoor rooftop area to enjoy drinks.

I recently stayed at Residence Inn for 4 nights and it was excellent. The location was perfect, the facility was modern and updated, and the staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The suite was beautifully appointed with a large, updated bathroom and a comfortable bed. We enjoyed drinks on the rooftop, although I wish they stayed open later. it felt like staying in a small apartment rather than a hotel, which made our experience even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend this hotel.
